SALES TERMS OF SERVICE

CANCELLATION: Customer may cancel up to 30 days after receipt of order. Unless a written cancellation is received, Ving Media LCC will assume merchandise is still wanted and will make shipments. Cancellations of any special ordered merchandise already in transit to us, or to the customer, will not be honored.

WARRANTY: Ving Media LLC ITSELF GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE RELATING TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All warranties are with the manufacturer.

SATISFACTION POLICY: Merchandise may be returned within 5 business days of receipt without restocking charge, if the original manufacturer’s carton is unopened and undamaged. If the package has been opened a MINIMUM restocking charge of 15% or $10.00, whichever is greater, will be charged. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging will increase the restocking fee to cover our costs. Returned merchandise may be exchanged for credit against future purchases. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns, items originally sent via "free shipping", will be charged for the outgoing shipping on returns. Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, tape, gel, lamps, books, opened software, ear-phones, chemicals, or on bids and contracts. All returns must have an RA-number on the package, please call for details.

RETURN PROCEDURES: Any merchandise returned to Ving Media LLC must have an RA (Return Authorization) number attached. Without this number the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. Please email us for an RA number and have documentation such as the invoice or packing slip ready when you call. Make sure that all packing, accessories and manuals are returned to avoid additional restocking fees.

INTERNATIONAL SALES: We do not accept orders on our web site for shipment outside of the lower 48 US states. This includes orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO boxes. However you can request a quote for your international order and have one of our sales professionals process your order email sales "at" vingmedia.com to have a sales professional contact you directly.




RENTAL TERMS OF SERVICE

Pick up and return times for rental orders is by appointment only on the agreed upon dates, unless otherwise stated. Rental charges start on the day the equipment is picked up, and end on the agreed upon return date. The minimum rental billing period is one day. Ving Media offers a special three day rate for rentals that occur over a weekend.

PAYMENT: Payment of the rental fee, applicable taxes, and any security deposit is required by the start of the rental term. We accept cash and checks only

SECURITY DEPOSITS: Security Deposits are not required from customers with an established credit account with Ving Media. A credit card, with a limit high enough to cover the replacement value of all equipment being rented from Ving Media is required as a deposit for customers lacking established accounts. Ving Media reserves the right to secure the full replacement value of the rental order on that credit card at the time rental equipment is picked up.  If a customer does not have a credit card with a sufficient credit limit, a cashier’s check or cash deposit for the full replacement value of the equipment is required. Personal checks and debit cards cannot be accepted as a deposit. Proper identification is required.

INSURANCE: The renter is wholly responsible for any loss or damage to the rental equipment during the rental period. Insurance coverage
is not offered by Ving Media, and is the responsibility of the renter. Proof of adequate coverage for the full replacement value of the equipment may be required prior to the rental.

LOSS OR THEFT: The renter is entirely responsible for the full replacement value of the rental equipment in the event of loss, damage, destruction or theft of rental equipment. Rental fees will accrue on equipment that is lost, damaged, or stolen until Ving Media is reimbursed for the replacement cost of the item.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: The renter is fully liable for all damages to rental equipment. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as when it was checked out to avoid damage and/or cleaning charges. All cables must be neatly coiled and cleaned to avoid additional fees. Rent may be charged on damaged equipment until the item can be repaired or replaced. Spare lamps are provided when needed at no charge, provided burnt-out lamps are returned with the rental at the end of the rental period. A charge will be incurred for missing or broken lamps or excessive burnouts. Gels and other expendables are not provided with equipment rental, and must be purchased separately.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations not called in within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up/ship time will be charged a one day rental fee.
Larger systems, and long-term rentals, will require a minimum of two week notice.

EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE: All rental equipment is tested before it is rented.  Equipment is available for customer evaluation and testing at the time of the rental pickup/delivery, and instruction is available on request. The renter is expected to understand the operation and limitations of the rental equipment, therefore Ving Media cannot be responsible if the renter is not able to successfully operate rental equipment. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, please notify a Ving Media rental associate as soon as possible to obtain tech support or replacement equipment. Failure to understand equipment will not be accepted as reason for non-payment of rental charges.

SHIPPING: Many of our rental items can be shipped, though only within the state of Texas. The minimum billing period for shipped rental orders is three days. The customer is responsible for round trip shipping costs.
